MEDICAL PROJECTS

Hunter & Millard Architects, Inc. have a wealth of experience designing facilities for a wide array of medical practices. Since the Joplin Tornado of May 2011 alone, we have completed numerous projects, developing the firms expertise in the contemporary and emerging spatial needs of the healthcare profession. 

JOPLIN, MO - We worked closely with the Veterans Administration to develop the plan for variety of spaces needed for this outpatient clinic at 32nd and Connecticut St. Veterans will have access to primary care, limited lab work including ultrasound and radiology, hearing aid assistance, mental health services, OB-GYN services, home-based care, tele-health, nursing stations, and services for homeless veterans. 

JOPLIN, MO - This two-story structure on 32nd St. was completed in 2012 for Freeman Sports Medicine and features large open spaces for physical training equipment, a basketball court, numerous offices, and a Hydroworks pool for rehabilitation.
