1501 S. MAIN - OFFICE FOR HUNTER & MILLARD ARCHITECTS, INC.

We recently renovated a 5100 S.F. space in the Midtown District of Joplin, Missouri to use as our new office space. The building was constructed in the early twentieth-century and has had a wide variety of occupants since then. We are extending the building's lifespan with a contemporary, more efficient roof system, and have brought the interior more daylight with new storefront glass systems on both 15th and Main Street.

These three shell buildings were completed several years ago in Joplin, MO and have since began to fill up with medical offices and other businesses.
